What materials are your tote bags made from? 100% Cotton (cotton canvas).

How should I care for my accessories? These bags can be hand washed in cold water or washed in the washing machine on a cold setting, then hung to dry in the shade. We do not recommend drying them in the dryer.

Are your products ethically sourced? All Louie & Lemons tote bags are designed and made in Australia with sustainability at the forefront.

What are your shipping options and costs? Standard shipping $9.95 (3-5 business days), express shipping $15.95 (2-3 business days), free shipping Australia wide for orders over $50, free local delivery on the Central Coast :)

How long does it take to process and ship an order? Please allow 1-2 Business days for processing, shipping times are dependent on shipping method.

Returns and exchanges questions:

What is your return policy? Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase/delivery date, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
